the go pro doesn't do the situation justice I'm sure. One dog barking at you is enough to get some adrenaline flowing and you can definitely tell a few of those dogs were baring their teeth/snarling

First if you want a dog to calm down you don't yell at it. Dogs feed off aggression. Most of them were wagging their tails which is not a sign of attack. If their tail is up and still thats when you should be scared.
